On May 15, the Aoi Festival will be held in Kyoto. It is one of the three major and oldest festivals in Kyoto. Don’t miss a chance to see it during the congress period. There are only 100 tickets available!

Schedule:	9:00 – 10:00: You should be seated 10:30 – Procession starts (40-50 minutes)
Cost:	Free
General transportation:	5-10 minutes’ walk from the North Exit of Marutamachi Subway Station.
Attention:	If it rains on the 15th, the festival will be postponed to the 16th. In case of rain on both days, the festival will be cancelled. Applications will only be accepted by fax (+81-3-3423-4108). E-mail applications will NOT be accepted. Tickets are available to the first one hundred applicants on a first come, first served basis. Successful applicants will be contacted.
